About the Event
The Brasserie at The St. Regis KL is a French-Mediterranean modern fine dining restaurant headed by Executive Chef Keith Hooker, who led kitchens under the The Social Company with world-renowned Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton and celebrity chefs Marcus Wareing and Michel Roux Jr. at the Michelin Star City Social in London. Chef Keith was also the Head Chef of Aberdeen Street Social in Hong Kong prior to his arrival to Kuala Lumpur.

The evening's specially-crafted dégustation menu will consist of an eclectic French fare with a Mediterranean twist, curated and prepared exclusively by the Executive Chef Keith Hooker and his Team. The wine pairing will be from the Old World wine regions of both French and Italian labels, commencing with an elegant Frédéric Magnien Burgundy Crémant.
